Admissions Processes

To gain admission to Eagle International School, please follow the procedure below:

• Pick up admission forms from the school’s Administration or download the forms here. The forms comprise of an Admission form, Emergency Medical Care form, Parent Commitment Pledge form, a Pick up Form and a Code of Conduct for students/pupils.
• Parents/Guardians are requested to read the code of conduct for students/pupils and accept it contents.
• Complete all other forms and return them to the School’s Administration.
• Two passport size pictures of your ward, a photocopy of a birth certificate, a photocopy of an immunization card and a rubber mat are to be provided.
