ABOUT US
Eagle International School is a mixed basic day school in the serene, plush and green residential area of West Legon, a few kilometres from the University of Ghana and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Established in 2006 by Madam Dora Glover-Tay, who also serves as its founding Executive Director, the school has grown over the years, offering classes from Crèche, Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary, and JHS. It has well-qualified and committed staff with high moral standing and a friendly disposition to teach and cater for the students. It also has a well-furnished and state-of-the-art Science Laboratory, Home-Economics Laboratory, Library, Music Laboratory and ICT Centre.
The school prioritises the learning of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) by incorporating UCMAS, Coding and Robotics into its curriculum. To ensure complete learning and holistic development, learners are engaged in extracurricular activities such as Cadet, Girl Guide, Scripture Union, Drama, Ballet lessons, Cultural drumming and dancing, as well as learning musical instruments, amongst others.
Learners at Eagle International School are trained to compete in the outside world. They are empowered to pursue the various opportunities presented to them, including enrolling in highly commendable schools outside Ghana. The school can boast of continuously producing brilliant learners who achieve excellent grades and gain admission to the best Senior High Schools in Ghana.
